“Product is nice...but the shopping experience was frustrating. I was trying to purchase something last minute (needed it within 6 days), and one of the reasons I selected Glencara is because the website suggested I could receive the necklace within 3 days if I paid for expedited shipping. I paid that price happily...but I ended up getting the product more than 2 weeks later. Multiple messages requesting clarity on why I wouldn't receive the product at the time promised...or for a refund for the expedited shipping were largely ignored. Customer service was polite about it...but nobody offered useful responses to any of my questions. ”

“I am Australian and over about seven years have been happy with my dealings with Glencara. I find them a pleasure to deal with and I am always delighted with my purchases from them.”
